MAGNOLIA

The Magnolia invites you into a vaulted open floor plan with 1735 sq. ft. of space to spread out. The master bath is spacious and brings a spa into your home for relaxing evenings soaking in a bath. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, we can add a full basement if needed.

WILLOW

The Willow fits nicely nestled in the woods looking over a stream. Small and elegant, with 1284 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We provide a large laundry for plenty of storage space.

CEDAR

Have you ever wondered what life in a cottage would be like, it's more tranquil then it sounds. The Cedar plan provides large bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom on the main level, with striking front elevation.

OAK

Classic style with an affordable price. Covered decks on the front and rear are perfect for relaxing on the weekends. A spacious living room with an open floor plan are nice upgrades.

BIRCH

The Birch is 1600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. An open floor plan with butler's pantry and plenty of storage, proving that you can have luxury's in a small package.

LOCUST

Need a lot of bedrooms, we have you covered, the Locust has 4 bedrooms with the option to convert space on the main level to a 5th bedroom. 1800 sq. ft. is included with 2.5 baths. Optionally, a basement with additional space and a garage can be added.

MAPLE

The Maple is designed for families and has been very popular as a rental. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths included in just under 1700 square feet. The Maple is designed to keep construction costs low maximizing your investment. If more space is needed, a basement can added.
